The Club operates as a Company Limited by Guarantee (Darent Valley Trout Fishers Ltd –Registration Number 08393711) with each member’s liability capped at £1. There are a minimum of 3  Directors of the Company who are appointed at the annual general meeting and who are also members of the Club Committee.
